If so, they were shortsighted as usual. As Lana very clearly demonstrated here, she is masterful at achieving her goals with whatever she has at hand.
No, the Agency would be too cheap to pay for something like that! 😀
So how did it come about? Lana seems a bit disdainful (at best) of her implants at times, so I wondered. ^_^
Oh, I imagine she likes them, but sometimes her spy work can be less than implant-friendly. 😀
Honestly, Lana is the one that should be paid after the ride. 😀
Yes, and he can pretty much forget a tip, too.
