For me it wasn’t cards for sports players…It was G.I. Joe stuff. The honest-to-gosh Hasbro originals from back in the 60’s & 70’s. Even before Lifelike Hair & Kung Fu Grip. All sorts of sets & accessories too.
All of that stuff was discontinued because of hippie protesters boycotted anything having to do with military in the Korean War. Just the fact that I had the *early* stuff would’ve jacked up the selling price.
As the saying goes, “I could have been a millionaire if mom hadn’t thrown out my baseball cards,” or comic books…For me, the G.I. Joe stuff could have set me up for life.
That’s pretty cool. I had a lot of the 80s G.I. Joe stuff, but nothing from the original era. Alas, moms never consult a price guide before chucking stuff out. 😀
I don’t have any basball cards but someone could always tell Lana about my hockey cards 😛
I remembered that I read these comics like 6 years ago, then i stopped and I have missed them alot. I didnt read them on this webpage but on another pages. I found this page a couple of days ago and got immediately hooked! The writing is so good, the characters is great and the artwork is amazing. Sexy Lana has become a bit of a dreamgirl for me with her ways of handling different situations.
I also bought the ebooks and loved every one of them. They were also very cheap! Keep up the good work! The website is also very good with its design.
Suddenly I realise what I have been doing wrong in my life. I need to start living with my parents again, and collect baseball cards. Obviously, this is what women look for in a man!
“Hey. That isn’t my cards.”
He really played his cards right! 😀

I still remember my GI Joe ‘Planet of the Apes’ astronaut that had a human face on one side of the head and an ape face on the other…..
Good times.
Yeah, they tried a lot of weird stuff, but with G.I. Joe it seemed like even the weird stuff was great.
“Come see my baseball cards!” There’s a line I never thought would work! I doubt he did either!
Yeah, he was probably as surprised as anyone! 😀
This can happen if you play your cards right!
Right! Of course, that’s the tricky part. 😀
H O M E R U N ! ! ! ! !
😀 😀

Greetings from Sweden!
Oh, cool! That’s great to hear! I’m really glad to hear that you’re enjoying the comic, and thanks always for reading!
Feel free to let Lana know I have a full set of Australian Football cards. 🙂 Something a bit different. 😉
No kidding! I have some of those, too! 2009 Select AFL Champions full set and a handful of older ones! I wish I remembered where I put them all…
As far as Lana goes, it just might work. There’s a lot more action in footy than in baseball, and we all know Lana likes action. 😀
The only time in human history when baseball cards got somebody laid.
That’s right! Stop the presses!
That escalated quickly! Bases loaded, will it be a grand slam or a strike out?
Hey, he’s already made it past first base! 😀
C’mon, Sean, too predictable. I mean, she’s almost always on top!
Yes, but this time with baseball cards! 😀
Aw, you missed a perfectly good chance to mention that Topps was a publisher of baseball cards.
We got it in on the next page. 😀
Someone tell Lana about my collection of Pokemon cards
It’s worth a try!
Depends on if you have a holographic Charizard
True, that could make all the difference.
Suddenly I realise what I have been doing wrong in my life. I need to start living with my parents again, and collect baseball cards. Obviously, this is what women look for in a man!
Now that’s a self-help book that would really sell!
Something something batter up, something something home run.
Yes, quite! That’s the spirit!
He almost seems likable…
I doubt any cards Lana might collect are baseball-related, though.
No, Lana doesn’t seem like the baseball type, unless you count all the stick and ball puns one could make.
Anyone who didn’t see that coming must be new to the comic.
Correct! 😀
I hope Lana remembered to put her phone on silent this time 😉
Yeah, for the Chief’s sake as much as anyone’s! 😀
