I will use this fact to say that Lana is waaaaay to softhearted for her own good.

Actually there is a Chimney. After you opened the wall (door or carcrash), the natural Chimney effect will come into full effect. Of course it will only work as long as there is warm air on the ground level (where it can still enter the chimney).
or NOT! Hope lana has good home owners insurance.

My guess is that Josh wants Lana to help him download Pokemon Go, and the huge bruiser’s presence is a complete coincidence.
