Lana should just switch to strategies that explicitly sacrifice Sherri for the sake of the mission. Of course, Sherri would probably obstinately insist on staying alive, despite her propensity for people trying to kill her.

Someday Lana is going to ask someone like Sherri or Josh for “help”, expecting and counting on them screwing up, and they’ll disappoint her by showing a flash of actual competence – and nearly ruining the mission as a result.

Actually that time Josh throw the case back through the bathroom window (in A Hard Case), I thought was very out of character but at the end it proved to be the right move – did no one notice? Lana didn’t. But I think that was very much a one-off Josh move, a “one in 500 years” type of thing. Sherri, on the other hand….
That was more of a case of solving one problem by creating another, but close enough by Agency standards! 😀
