The Reverse Spygirl page 30
All’s well that ends well, not that Lana would know! But next week brings a new case, which could work out better! (Okay, maybe not, but the new case is definitely coming next week, so stay tuned!)
But right now it’s time for the final chapter of Fools Day! New pages will post every week on TopWebcomics! Check out the first page right now! And read all previous pages on Patreon!
I imagine Lana wouldn’t have problems with praise when the Chief is around if the Chief’s praise didn’t either come from her having to overcome problems he creates in her missions or him berating her for having problems (that he created) and praising himself for “helping” her overcome them.
Yes, especially since the mission would have gone smoothly if he didn’t get involved! π
I mean, if there’s one thing that has been overlooked in all of these misadventures, it’s Chief’s survival instincts…. lord knows they have to be pretty good considering how many times he’s pushed Lana to the point of wanting to kill him π
Yes, they’re the best and worst at the same time! π
{Maxwell Smart’s voice}
Hello, Chief?
Missed it by that much!
.
.
.
RUN!!
Sorry about that, Lana! π
So LANA does not take good compliments on a job well done very well, does she ?
I guess timing is everything! π
If it’s any consolation, Stanis, Heidi and Anastasia are more competent than the Agency’s usual agents. If they become recurring characters, they could provide some halfway decent backup. Heidi could make a good sparring partner, too.
Although sorting out Anastasia’s love live could be a full time job! π
She can go work in HR.
I’ve seen that look in the first panel. the only thing you can do is run and scatter chocolates and bottles of wine behind you in the hopes that it slows her down. otherwise, she will kill you worse than a Terminator, because she will take joy in every scream of pain you utter..
oh, and the chief should wait a while before he tells Lana he’s billing those mercenaries to her expense account.
The chocolate and wine industries would have to raise their output to deal with a situation like this!
And now Heidi can move on to better things. Hope Lana can too!!
Always! Another week, another mission!
Oh my god, is he learning? Hit him harder lana, there may be hope yet!
It’s worth a try!:D
Drat, where’d I put that Clue-by-four?
And just when we really needed it! π
Poor Lana this probably the closest thing she has ever had to the praise she deserves.
No doubt! π
Although I wonder if the relationship she broke up was a bad one?
Probably. Pavel didn’t seem like a winner!
No one else is thinking to get something heavy to barricade the door with?
It would probably be a good idea! π
He needs to let her out eventually. Pick one of the big guys to hold the door while everyone else scampers!
Maybe they could call Astrid for backup! π
If Lanaβs smart, sheβll bulldoze an acre or two of land over the top of that compound.
They should probably all run while they can! π
