Probably shabby quality. Lana would have had time to inspect them and figure out a plan while Snake was out of the room.
Well, handcuffs from shoe shop probably lack a bit in quality. It is only an accessory to the shoes after all. 😀
Yeah, these bargain shoe places are notorious for their low-quality handcuffs.

Besides, if she did have to go and get new implants, her boss would do something silly, like getting her basketball sized implants.
And then she’d have to beat him up … again!
Or he’d be too cheap to pay for them at all. Either way, there would be a beating in his future. 😀
