The guard was hired to guard the gate, and keep people out. Not to get beat to a pulp by a sexy and deadly spy. As others have said, you need to be specific in your job descriptions, people don’t volunteer for beatings, not even from Lana!
Well, okay, I’m sure some do, but they still won’t stop her from leaving after they have enjoyed their beating.
That’s true, although now that I think of it, the gate did get damaged, so maybe they’ve got a reason to complain after all.
The guard at the gate reminds me of the Roman guards at the border in Asterix in Switzerland. “I think they’ve got problems back there in Helvetia”. Lana is much sexier than Asterix though 🙂
Possibly even sexier than Obelix! 😀

The problem with most Evil Masterminds Who Want To Take Over The World is they plan the Big Picture & tend to forget the niggling little details. So all Lana would have to do is be very specific in wording on the contract of employment.
Yeah, just stick it all in the Terms of Service. Nobody reads those.

Hey, that could be anything! Also you can find it now if you scroll to the right. It’s probably not the most efficient way of setting them up, but it was the best I could figure at the time.

now now, he’s just operating under his duly licensed Door Goon Contract. As a representative of Goon Union #342849, he would have caused a serious breach of contract if he had engaged, so it was all a matter of how you hire your Goons that caused the problem 😀
Next time I recommend the more comprehensive Guard Goon package, a little more expensive, but worth every penny, save for instances of Super Sexy Super Spy invasions.

Well, he’s the one who got off with just a remark and no high heel kick in the stomach. No action guy, but the smart one. Like in one of the Batman Animated episodes – the smartest thug sees batman in a room “there is no-one here” and doesn’t get beaten.
