If he had called the conductor, Lana knows that Josh would have tried to show up and gotten into a fight with the pretty boy again. And knowing Josh’s luck, Josh would have gotten knocked into the same room as Lana, causing Lana to be spotted, and her having to escape again.
Much better for Lana to work over the guy until he goes to sleep.
Less Josh always works out better for Lana!
